  • Geri Reischl has been added to those appearing at the Hollywood Collector's Show on July 18-19, 2009 at the Burbank Airport Marriott.
  • A fundraiser to benefit the Linda Blair WorldHeart Foundation will be hosted by Linda Blair and Barry Williams at the Canyon Lake Country Club on June 27th. The Linda Blair WorldHeart Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating abused, neglected and abandoned dogs. Also in attendance will be former teen idol, Bobby Sherman, and actor, Paul Peterson, of the Donna Reed Show. The day will consist of a scramble format golf tournament, beginning at noon, followed by a dinner, raffle and auction of celebrity items, including autographed guitars from the rock band, Styx, and Rick Springfield. Participants can golf, attend the dinner/auction only or both. Greens fees are $100 and include the dinner portion of the event. Dinner only is $25.   • Susan Olsen announces the launch of a new website to promote her upcoming coffee table book, Love to Love You Bradys, which will be released in September by ECW Press (www.lovetoloveyoubradys.com). This new publication focuses on the rarely seen Brady Bunch Variety Hour and dares to ask: "How does America's favorite family end up in history's worst show?" It features over 80 exclusive interviews with cast, crew, and production staff including the Brady Bunch, Sherwood and Lloyd Schwartz, Sid and Marty Krofft, Bruce Vilanch, Rip Taylor, and Paul Shaffer. Susan's co-author is Ted Nichelson with art direction by 'Bradyologist' Lisa Sutton.

  • GSN announced that it will make television history with THE GAME SHOW AWARDS - the very first awards show exclusively aimed at celebrating excellence in the genre of games. The two and a half-hour, star-studded extravaganza will premiere on June 6, 2009, at 8PM ET/7PM CT only on GSN, and will honor classic and contemporary game shows, with special tributes to pioneers Bob Barker ("The Price is Right"), legendary game show producer Mark Goodson, and host Monty Hall ("Let's Make a Deal").   • Barry, Eve, Susan, Mike and Christopher were recently reunited backstage at the Sunset-Bronson Studios during a break from filming five "Brady Week" episodes for the new "Trivial Pursuit: America Plays" syndicated game show. During their Trivial Pursuit appearance, which begins airing Nov. 10th, they will recite Brady -themed puzzlers alongside Knight. (Sample question: "Who is the only Brady kid with brown eyes?") There will be four shows in which one Brady is America’s Team Captain. And then one special final episode that will cap our “Brady Week” when Mike, Susan and Eve compete as “studio contestants” against Barry as America’s Team Captain. (Source of News)

  • We have just learned that Eve Plumb appeared on Days of Our Lives on Friday, August 29th. She played a patient of Diedre Halls' named Dora. Unfortunately, at this point it was a one-episode appearance, but if we hear about it turning into a recurring role we will let you know. You can read an interview that Eve did related to the appearance. She mentions in her interview that she will have a art gallery showing at the Bonner David Gallery in Scottsdale during the month of October.
  • At Kings Island (photos of event) this past weekend, Susan Olsen shared the news with fans that she is working on a new 'coffee-table' book related to the Brady Bunch Variety Hour. Susan's co-author is Los Angeles writer Ted Nichelson, and the book will be designed by Lisa Sutton who also designed "Growing Up Brady" and was recently a segment producer on The Florence Henderson Show. The book's release date has not been announced but it is expected to be on store shelves in September, 2009 in connection with the 40th Anniversary of The Brady Bunch. Fans will be able to meet with Susan during a national book tour that is being planned. Many more details to come...
